> **Avantages**: MyPOS was relatively simple to implement and functions for all our needs: daily admissions, annual passes, retail sales. Despite there being a huge list of reports to choose from, there were a few reports that we required not listed. The team at Tricity had no problem customizing the reporting to suit our needs. The till functions are pretty intuitive and it has been very easy to train our team.

> **Inconvénients**: The process to enter new product and print tickets can be a bit slow (we don't always have a PO) and it would be helpful if we could batch print barcode labels for a delivery. Shopify integration wasn't as intuitive as other products that I've worked with (ie. Lightspeed), but the customer service team was a huge help in getting things running smoothly.

> **Inconvénients**: No accounts payable integration; limited ability to keep notes for customers and suppliers; reports don't sort well (no logic to how the information appears on the report); need a way to highlight most used reports due to the large number of options; need some improvement on inventory count.
> 
> Overall very positive.  Big improvement, especially regarding customer service, from our previous provider. Would recommend for any small to medium sized business that cannot afford a custom program as it has almost everything needed.  They are also constantly upgrading.
