It provided an extra layer of verification of student identity and tracking with little support needs. > > **Inconvénients**: Mobile users find it easy to use, but I find some students zoom in while attempting to complete setup causing minimum issues. > > The company has supported their product well and stayed in touch to verify any needs. I find it to be a positive on-boarding experience and have had minimum support cases to oversee. I continue to see improvements and support with continued usage. The product is easy to use and easy to implement. Using a mouse to try to draw even straight lines let alone straight lines that are similar is a terribly stupid approach to cyber security. Sure, if the goal is to not be able to access ANY system using BioSig-ID, then it's terrific. Cyber security has to be a balance between security and usability. BioSig-ID completely fails on usability. Eventually I decided to use a Code including the only straight line letters of I, L, and T. After endless amounts of trying again and again, eventually the system let me in. What a G-d awful waste of my time.
