Employees want to think and answer honestly, some are then discouraged and are closing the dialog box. - Subordinating the answers (say 5 to the choice), discourages the answer if the employee's opinion is different and they cannot write it there directly (a specific questionnaire does not offer such a possibility) - If the employee does not agree with any of the answers from the selection and would like to say something different and skip the question, it is not possible.
