They offer bespoke solutions to our requirements and always there to support where they can and if not they will suggest alternatives.

> **Inconvénients**: We struggle with Whispir reporting, we are heavy users of the platform and different parts of the business uses different components. We wanted 1 stop shop to be able to review the volumes, triggerred by workspace etc which is seems to be challenging.

> Overall, it's a great experience working with Whispir, we have been using the platform for over 7+ years and I could say that it's always a breeze to work with whispir team.

The unit price of messages is ridiculously low, allowing some services to increase the usage of this system above all forms of communication. I found the support service very efficient, and the staff there are very helpful and knowledgeable.

> **Inconvénients**: This system is not integrated into any of our other systems and requires constant monitoring of staff leavers and new.
