The project management and implementation team on Novisto's side was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. They are more than willing to customize the product as much as possible to accommodate our needs and add items to their development schedule based on our feedback.The capabilities of the platform are very impressive. My team mainly uses it as a data collection and management tool and find that it has made our collection process much smoother and improved our governance over the process with its audit trail functionality. Also enjoy that changes made to the metrics inside the platform are reflected in real time to any outstanding requests, allowing for a lot of flexibility. On top of this the platform is a convenient place to manage ESG data and keep a book of record for definitions, disclaimers and nuances for metrics aside from purely the data. > > **Inconvénients**: General comment here is that the platform is still maturing and may not have absolutely every type of functionality a client might want. Exporting data for example has been a bit clunky of a process and less tech-savvy users sometimes fund submitting data not totally intuitive. However I will say that all the issues I have encountered are being addressed in one way or another.
