> **Avantages**: I have been using Syncro for the past 6 years and the reason I switched was the pricing structure. We use Syncro for our Internal IT and we utilize Ticketing, Invoicing, Products and Services as well as Purchase Orders. Syncro is constantly evolving and adding more features as the years go by. Within the last few years this has significantly accelerated. So far I am extremely happy and do not plan on moving away from Syncro any time soon.

> **Inconvénients**: I would like to do more automation with incoming tickets but have found there is a number of automation functions missing and cannot fully do everything I would like at this time. I have been told that this will be added to the roadmap, so I will patiently wait for this.

> My experience has been great so far. Being that we are a small internal IT, the products work great for what we need and the price is exceptional as we do not have to worry about fluctuating assets we can budget our cost for the product as it only changes if we hire more people into our team.

> **Inconvénients**: Currently, Syncro has an issue with the Additional CCs. When I add emails to that field, I need to refresh the page for those emails to be added to the ticket. I wish those emails were added to the cc list in the ticket without refreshing the page.

> Syncro is a user-friendly, time-saving application. Overall, I have been having a good experience with Syncro.

> **Avantages**: Scripting and ease of use as an RMM. The developers are constantly working to improve and add features. Though some aren't amazing, most are helpful to my business.

> **Inconvénients**: Backgrounding tools have a limitation sometimes for either feature or functionality. This isn't a deal-breaker, there are many ways to skin the cat. Having more integrations-available would be nice to other vendors, but that'll come in the future.
> 
> It's been overall very positive for me and our team. 5 years strong\! I have a great partner rep who is easy to reach and very responsive.

> **Inconvénients**: I am unable to update my note after submitting it. To make any changes, I have to delete the entire note and create a new one from scratch, which is time-consuming and inefficient.
> 
> I love it; it is easy to enroll new assets and monitor them, seeing both hardware and software information. The integration with MS 365 also helps with registering users in the organization.

> **Inconvénients**: API access could be a lot better, and it could support automations within the platform better. I had to do some janky stuff to get a custom status I made so I can resolve tickets with it at EOD to work.

> Overall great. If I started up my own IT company I would use it, if my current employer tried to move away I would push back.
