The library of tools and resources expanded our awareness of frameworks to help solve client and our own business strategies. As an early company Nova helped to define our brand strategy, develop marketing guidelines, and understand our customers without the need to hire external consultants while making everyone on the team experts in these areas at the same time. When using Nova for clients, it seamlessly allows them to jump into sessions and provide input where we need it most. When confronted with projects or scopes that are just outside of our reach, Nova has helped us find tools and frameworks to expand our capabilities and support our clients confidently. Most importantly we can set deadlines for certain projects and assign each step of the process to team members. This has helped us stay on-top of key milestones and make sure that everyone in the team is participating/contributing evenly. > > **Inconvénients**: The white board is a great tool and looks great on Nova. They're constantly updating functions which forces you to reload your pages once in a while to adhere to changes to the program - not a big deal. > > Productivity has improved since going remote with Nova. The platform includes all the things we need like tasks, whiteboards, surveys, training sessions, feedback sessions, etc and we can automate some of the work and keep people accountable. We use Nova because it helps us save time, work better together and get everyone involved but still get things done on time. > > **Inconvénients**: I wish we could make some of the spaces private. I was using multiple platforms to keep people accountable, track progress, and collaborate. Since we use Nova things are different. We can manage very complex projects with multiple stakeholders and team members very easily. We can create a workflow, add people to certain milestones and things move forward without having to manually ask people to remember things or to add tasks to other platforms and without leaving the information inside different platforms. I was using Miro, Monday, and Typeform to manage my projects but each part of the project was on a different platform and due dates were not clear, and to be honest, I don't think our approach was working.
