> **Avantages**: The functionality of sync to calendar is great for our users - with live updates made as event dates get updated regularly. For the organisation the feature has generated a huge amount of data to really power the growth of our database over the past few years.

> **Inconvénients**: The price is fairly high for this kind of platform - and is based on user numbers so you tend to get penalised for success. Account managers are focused on getting clients to drive user numbers (due to the increase in price). This can be jarring when suggestions to increase numbers often focus on driving existing database to use the platform - this has no benefit to us as an organisation and would result in extra costs for us to effectively acquire data we already own. Needs to be a more nuanced approach from account managers.
