The system is flexible, so we were able to adjust it to our workflow instead of changing how we work. Automation also helps a lot with daily tasks like emails, follow-ups, and job tracking. Customer support has been very reliable and easy to reach, which makes a big difference. Also, pricing feels predictable and fair, especially without long-term contracts.
