> **Avantages**: Halo is easily the best PSA we've used. It is highly customizable, easy to use, has great customer support and we can outline our processes directly inside the tool.&#10;&#10;This is used for our primary ticket management system and it does exactly what we need.

> **Inconvénients**: The set up can certainly take some time, especially if you have a lot of custom workflows. But this can be said about many PSA's.

> **Inconvénients**: At first it was a lot to learn (a million different options, settings, infinitely customizable) but once you put the time in to figure it out you'll be happy to have the option to do anything you can imagine.
> 
> We were moving away from Zendesk for cost reasons and decided to give HaloPSA a try. We were not disappointed in the least. Absolute powerhouse of a software that does things we could never dream of doing in past software filling the same roles.
