Some were about the same price but the PDF was created solely on their site and their site was not very functional (IMO.) To be fair, I am also a QA Engineer of 15 years and when something doesn’t work well I tend to move on pretty quickly.One thing I like about Heyzine is that I can create my PDF in Canva, export directly to Heyzine, and just add little extras as needed. They thing that sealed the deal for me was the customer support at Heyzine, I only had one small issue when using the product, and it wasn’t a deal breaker I just wanted to mention it if they could one day fix it. I didn’t expect much. Again, aside from my own business, I also work in software development and sometimes it takes us MONTHS to fix a tiny issue. To my surprise, I quickly had someone troubleshooting with me via email. Unfortunately, we could not fix it via troubleshooting but the kind customer support person sent my issue on to the team to hopefully fix it. I didn’t really expect to hear anything more after this.Again, Heyzine blew my expectations out of the water by not only listening to my issue but actually fixing the issue the exact same day\!\!Their customer support and turnaround time is TOP NOTCH. 5 stars > > **Inconvénients**: There’s nothing I don’t like necessarily. I do believe this company will keep growing and improving upon an already fantastic product and I’m excited to see what they do. > > This is going to be such a cool addition to my customer’s experience with my own company.
