DNS setup for DKIM and SPF is straightforward (just a simple copy/paste) and the UI specifically points out which records are missing or misconfigured. > > **Inconvénients**: Log retention is quite short on the entry-level plans (only 3-5 days), so you have to move fast if a customer reports a missing email. Still no EU data residency option There is no built-in email validation to check for burner or fake addresses during signups. We have to use a separate service for that. > > We switched from SendGrid after their support became impossible to reach. Moving over was just swapping the API key and updating DNS.
