> **Avantages**: Flexitive helped us fixing several major roadblocks with amplification Assets. After receiving the assets from creative teams or agencies, source files would need to be prepared,  updated and finalized. The whole process had high cost of creative and time to market.
1. Localise to 16+ languages. In a normal process, it would need many people working on individual source files; with Flexitive, we can have one template, upload an excel file and "mail merge" it with some adjustments to the template to fit text and export it. Reducing time editing and localising.
2. Resizing files, some regions/countries would require different sizes for the same assets the process would be a manual process to get it done. With Flexitive we can at any giving point export a new size as needed.
3. Animation vs Static and Different Formats (MP4, HTML5, JPG, GIF, PNG) Different platforms would require different file formats, and flexitive allows it, allows to create templates for animated banners and can be exported in different formats at the same time.
4. Name convention, one of the biggest labour-intensive parts of the process without Flexitive, is to rename every file to a specific name convention for tracking purposes. Flexitive allows us to automate the process and export the final files with the right name convention.

The reduction of Cost on resizing and manually work was a significant and part of the decision to roll out to other teams.

1. Flexitive's datafeed feature allows for the upload of a spreadsheet with multiple language versions of copy. Once you've created the first banner set (say in English) in all the sizes you need, the spreadsheet/datafeed is easily linked to that banner set...with one click, Flexitive will generate all of the language versions of your banner ad within a couple of minutes.
2. After the feed has been run you can edit the language banners by turning the datafeed off within the banner you want to edit. This is especially helpful for languages with special characters.
3. Flexitive supports right reading languages like Arabic.
4. Flexitive has several custom fields within your spreadsheet—including custom naming conventions that will also upload with your translations and name the language banner files for you (a huge timesaver).
3. It's easy create banner ads in multiple sizes and social sizes, and export in multiple formats including MP4, HTML5, JPG and gif.
4. Easy animation—animate 1 banner in your set and the animation will be included for all sizes.
5. The preview links can be customized to display all or just a few in the set for PM review.
6. You can embed animated svgs and MP4s into your banner ads.
7. You can add accessibility into your HTML5 banners.
8. You can use it for more than just banner ads.
9. It's very easy to replace an image or graphic globally within your banner ads.
10. Great customer support and dev teams.

I am able to centrally manage all of my designs within the application and can export them from Flexitive to MP4 video, animated GIF, JPG and HTML5 without ever writing a single line of code\!  Flexitive gives me the ability to create custom templates I can share with my team and partners to update certain variables such as swapping out graphics, or updating the messaging in a design while locking down the elements that should not be changed or edited.
