Also, sometimes pulling reports on webZON causes one report to reappear consistently even if you change the report to run.

One of the main hold backs I have experienced with smart fleet management is the general customer service and referral videos and tutorials for the most important features like the Dallas key and button (Driver ID) integration with the K2 Superior unit. In this side of Africa, it has been on high demand by the telecommunication companies but due to restricted product tuition or training and improper documentation, we are losing customers every single day.

I wasn't able to see a tutorial about the software or a video on how to navigate on my own. coming to the software in general the map aspect was a bit confusing and the map reading and display time is lagging.
