The AI picked up on some of those nuances faster than I expected and flagged a pattern in our sales cycle we'd been vaguely aware of but never properly tracked. My one suggestion: a slightly more guided onboarding for businesses that aren't tech-native. We spent the first couple of weeks figuring out how to translate our reality into the system. A few simple prompts at the start — "what's your main constraint right now?" — would go a long way. But four months in, it's part of how we run things.
