> **Avantages**: After a little learning curve, i'm a quite pleased with this platform.  &#10;I can't really compare it to other ones though, as i've only used this one, and will continue to.&#10;It's helped me monetize the time spent with client inquires, and converted some of them,  into housecall appointments.

> **Inconvénients**: I've mentioned some defects that need to be addressed, and 'they' say, it's on their list to address; I'd like to see them addressed sooner though.&#10;One of them is the Intake Questions and Image, Videos and Documents options for the clients to input; This part needs some type of notification to me, when something is placed there; having to click on the drop down, to check, is very inefficient\!&#10;There were some other inefficiencies mentioned, but they addressed those efficiently\!

> **Inconvénients**: For some reason clients don't find it easy to use. I've had a couple of people say they can't figure out how to book an appointment and a couple of people who couldn't figure out how to launch the video consultation from their end. Not sure why because it seems simple enough to me

> **Avantages**: The Smart.Vet software has allowed us to easily transition during all the changes COVID brought to the veterinary industry. It has allowed us to connect with our clients for long term management of disease, and even annual health reviews. The technology is simple, and the connections are great. Charging via the platform saves our front office staff time.

> **Inconvénients**: The booking platform could be more seamless. Currently we are unable to edit appointments so they have to be deleted and rebooked. &#10;Some of our clients have issues navigating the platform and need guidance - a consequence of new technology?
> 
> Many clients have been very appreciative of the ability to conduct appointments this way. We are getting more information by discussing issues in the comfort of their own home. This allows us to develop a plan prior to the patient coming into the hospital for efficient curbside service, especially as we enter the winter months\!

> **Avantages**: During this Covid-19 pandemic, our clients still can't come in to the clinic. Smartvet has helped our client to be part of examination without being physically there. I definitely think telemedicine is an important part of the future of veterinary medicine.

> **Inconvénients**: Smart Vet need to integrate with Avimark. At the moment, we have to update 2 appointment schedule, Avimark and Smartvet which can get confusing and cause double bookings.
> 
> Smartvet is a very helpful technology. We have trained our staff to use it and our clients enjoy the smartvet experience.
