Factors we valued in making this choice were the ease of use of the interface, enterprise level features including CAP emergency integration, the value of the system for it's cost, and the strong customer support we received during the trial period.

> **Inconvénients**: There was truly nothing we did not like about Carousel based upon the features we were looking for in an enterprise level CMS.
> 
> We have had a wonderful experience with Carousel as our digital signage partner. They have supported our requests and needs, and worked to integrate their solution for us including our recent use of the CMS to manage content on a new large outdoor LED sign. They continue to evolve both the product and the support and pricing models to increase value for us as a customer. There has never been a concern in recommending the Carousel Digital Signage CMS to others as a solution.

> After months of trying to get the product to work for us, in the end we cancelled the subscription as there were too many issues.
