Even after two months, the payment still shows up on the vendor’s portal, and there’s no way to fix it manually. I’ve spent hours on this issue with customer service and still have no resolution. This is a basic function that should work in any property management system. > > Customer service seemed great at first, but once you’re signed up, it turns into a lot of runaround with no real resolution. Issues get dragged out, and you’re left waiting with no fix in sight.
