It has become our central source of truth for employee data, giving managers and employees easy access to the information they need without relying on HR for every query. The automation of workflows, electronic document management and seamless integration with Paycircle and the LMS have significantly reduced administration and duplicate data entry. It has freed up the HR team to focus on supporting the business strategically rather than spending time on manual processes. The reporting functionality also provides valuable insights, helping us make informed people decisions with confidence. > > **Inconvénients**: Whilst PeopleHR meets the majority of our needs, there are a few areas that could be improved. We are tracking leave and absences so much easier as well. We can also send out emails to all staff with any updates they need to know about. > > **Inconvénients**: There are some areas that I think are missing quite obvious automation. For example, when marking someone on maternity leave the public holidays still show as being taken, so you have to manually remove them. > > It has improved how we collate and distribute information making payroll much easier and more accurate. We have really started to utilise the Logbook function to try and move our processes to PeoplHR and we do like how you can automate reminders etc so instead of relying on a spreadsheet that you have to manually update, we have found that we can create spreadhseets that auto update but then we can send emial reminders directly to managers for things like long service, birthdays, return to work reminders, review reminders etc.. We have linked it to our own nexus database so we can show data in the way the business needs it. The customer support is there and the chat function where you can raise a ticket is extremely useful and the response is awalys very prompt which is great. > > **Inconvénients**: We do find it a bit clunky sometimes, it would be helpful if the creation of the back end process were a bit more user friendly for example, how to set up ripples, it has taken quite a long time for us to work it out ourselves and how much we can get out of it. The system can be a bit slow sometimes and the amount of error messages can vary and cause a bit of frustration.
