We are tracking leave and absences so much easier as well. We can also send out emails to all staff with any updates they need to know about. > > **Inconvénients**: There are some areas that I think are missing quite obvious automation. For example, when marking someone on maternity leave the public holidays still show as being taken, so you have to manually remove them. > > It has improved how we collate and distribute information making payroll much easier and more accurate. This makes the implementation and roll out a smoother and quicker process as it is easy for employees to understand and engage with. I like the logbook function which allows you to determine the data you want to store and report on. The report builder allows you to report on any data in the system and create filters to narrow down the reports as you need. A really helpful function is that these reports can be turned into live spreadsheets that update each time you open them. This allows you to share the data with other teams without changing the PeopleHR access. The PeopleHR team have always been easy to get hold of and quick to respond to any raised cases. > > **Inconvénients**: Limited ability to amend/edit the fields on the dashboard or employee profile. This comes with being a simple and off the shelf option, which we wanted and has it's pros. > > Positive experience, a good HR system which you can adapt to make it work for you while still being a simple user friendly system.
