> **Avantages**: Access EVO is so easy to use and our team all love the way it is set up in the way the courses are managed and the level of support that is available, either online or via a phone call. The process by which the implementation of Access EVO was managed was so simple and very cost-effective.
It even manages the documents or certificates so there's no need for separate folders or files as it's all retained in one simple system.

> **Inconvénients**: The least favored part of Access EVO is the eCreator area, as it appears too PowerPoint-like in design. It is also difficult to use efficiently, and the final outcome does not look very professional.
> 
> Overall, my experience has been nothing but positive. Behind the scenes, there is an amazing support team ready and willing to help with any issues I encountered along the way, which were dealt with professionally and quickly.
The online modules cater for everything that we require and the modules are constantly being reviewed to ensure they keep up with any changes in legislation, etc.

> **Avantages**: The compliance management is very easy to use and it gives the managers full and easy access at a glance.

> **Inconvénients**: The unnecessary changes that keep being done  - it has made the system clunky and has not improved the quality

> It is ok, it has not given us what we were sold, but there are many plus sides to using this as we use a lot of access products to facilitate our business so it will integrate but not as proficiently as it could do.  
Updates concentrate on the look more than the technical quality which is a real shame and I believe LMS is not listening to this from customers.

The system as a learner is easy to use and the resource library covers a number of topics which makes it very appealing to staff in our organisation. The ease of the system and the concise courses mean that our mandatory training compliance is higher than it has ever been.

> **Inconvénients**: As an admin user, the back end of the system can feel difficult to understand and some processes feel a bit clunky e.g. changing someone's status on a course. As with every new system, there were a few teething problems and when we had the upgrade, it did cause some issues which took a little while to resolve.
> 
> Overall, I really like Access LMS Evo. The system is easy to use, the courses are excellently designed and I look forward to working with the system further.

> **Avantages**: I like that all platforms are clear and user friendly. Everything is easily accessible through the workspace function. The process management is clear and it can be easy to collaborate as a team.

> **Inconvénients**: I can find it difficult to find my way around the updates LMS, only some pages seem to have the new lay out. Some users get error messages on their apps when trying to do their online training and they have to delete and re-install regularly. It can be difficult raising a case - my name was removed from the company but noone knows why.
> 
> I have enjoyed using Access Evo and have found most of the updates user friendly. Systems work well together.
