It automates almost everything saving a lot of your time and it offers a friendly modern platform. Their Gantt chart feature is also a must-try as it really makes your "Things To Do" easier to understand and manage. The product clipper is great and the automated spec sheets were a huge time saver and presented well to clients. It made project management much less overwhelming. > > **Inconvénients**: Trying to end my my subscription has been a nightmare. I cancelled at the beginning of 2024, which took multiple emails because they don't provide any phone numbers and didn't respond to my first few messages. (There are no options within the software for removing payments or cancelling yourself.) Then they me charged again in January for this year\! I reached out over three months ago to request a refund and was told it would be coming soon but they are "very busy". After following up several times I still have not been refunded the money. > > While I was still running my own design business, the software was a huge help.
