> **Avantages**: Assetpool is a very easy tool to use. The support is always a finger tip away and they are always available so you never struggle with queries, however the only query you will ever have is when you forgot your password and want to reset it because the app is so easy to use there is never really major queries

> **Inconvénients**: Assetpool as an upgrade from the previous app we used so I don't really have anything I like least, but we did struggle with the scanning of the QR codes or barcodes at some stage, eventually of was fixed

The application being on my cell phone makes it so convenient it is quick and easy the best part is the report at the end which I can give to my customer to see exactly what I’m doing and what needs to be updated keeping everybody on the same page times stamped and location giving the customer and as peace of mind

> **Inconvénients**: The only thing would be off-line mode which I’m sure could be applied to our particular application and an override mode which would obviously then register that you had to override the application to move to the next section of the the application.

> What I love about the tool and AssetPool is it keeps you accountable and at the same time offering excellent customer service. Keeping the customer informed and giving us excellent records to help the customer understand that we are there or were they and here are the records to prove it with a location and timestamp it has helped improve our business immensely

Also at the end of each can I get a full professional document including all my scans that I can send to each client individually\!
