The agents work well and don't need constant babysitting. There is a wide array of options for how you install the agent. You can get a wide array of information on managed devices and build alerts and automations on them. There are a few downsides. Their catalogue of automations is incredibly small compared to most other RMMs. Setting up alerting and automations can be a little obtuse, but that's really common amongst MDMs. The biggest weakness is likely their remote access system. At times, policy updates take a little longer than expected. These aren’t serious issues, but small areas where smoother consistency would make the experience even better. > > My overall experience with Datto RMM has been really positive. It’s straightforward to manage access with different user levels, and it integrates smoothly with other Kaseya products, especially Autotask for creating tickets directly from alerts.
