> **Avantages**: I like the customizable features, absolutely everything can be customized. It creates PDF documents which are easy to email. If your employee is using a personal cell phone, the data usage is negligible. The forms are extremely easy to use. Creating custom forms is extremely easy as well.

The biggest thing i want to stress is that you create forms which work exactly for your company. This is basically impossible to find for the price anywhere else.

Good, immediate customer service as well.

There are random glitches in the upload process, or forms which become corrupted easily. However, these glitches are definitely disappearing as Powerful Forms continues to receive feedback.

> **Inconvénients**: 1. The UI does not follow conventional input rules. - Tab does not move to the next field.
2. The UI creates unnecessary noises during use.
3. Pull down menus are often blocked by the on screen keyboard.
4. As an approver, the forms add zero value to the workflow and do not present information in a way easy to review and approve.
5. Forms requires lots of scrolling and information density is poor.
6. The approval process has no return to submitter/reject.

The guard's patrol is more detailed and trackable by NFC support and any issue is reported with photo directly to the client.
Our job is more professional with digital processing.
