> **Avantages**: The sign-up process was easy. It was good to have a free trial before potentially committing to a subscription. It has a lot of features that look useful. I like that it has an API for developers and templates for existing industries. I appreciate that the free trial doesn't renew automatically and you don't have to give a credit card just to try it.

> **Inconvénients**: I received an error when I tried to delete my account, and when I contacted customer support, they told me how to do it in the software, despite my having already explained I received an error when trying that. Nevertheless, they confirmed in the next email that they would do it manually. The customer service was overall good.

> It is definitely a professional booking management package, but I think it might benefit with a less crowded interface.
