> **Avantages**: The bookkeeping service, along with the software they use, is fairly decent. Back when I used their services in 2018-2020, they utilized Xero over Quickbooks Online. The books they kept for me were reasonably accurate, but there was much room that they could have improved on. Their tax advisor seemed like he knew what he was doing.

> **Inconvénients**: There wasn't much reaching out to see what certain transactions were, they just sort of guessed some of the time. I was paying nearly $1,000 per month, so you would have thought a few emails could have been sent back and fourth. I didn't feel like they went 'above and beyond.' I wish there was more of that. If there was, I would have stayed.

> I felt like I was tossed around a bit. I wish there was more of a primary point of contact that handled everything. I left after I discovered that they had gotten rid of the point of contact that I did have.

> **Avantages**: Seriously nothing. It has been so incredibly stressfully dealing with this company.

> **Inconvénients**: Seriously lack of communication. Complete lack of work ethic. That have not done what I have asked them to do.

> Their communication absolutely sucks. Last year I asked them in April/ May to help me get some reconciliation done. Contacted them again in August nothing had been done, followed up in September, still nothing. Then came October where not a single thing had been done with my books \& we were fast approaching the deadline for our tax return extention. They had to pull an all hands on deck just to get it done. It was incredibly stressful \& I pray it was all done correctly. This year I have asked for them to reconcile my books just to use up the rest of my retainer \& only after I sent a follow-up message TWO WEEKS after he said he was going to take care of it, does he even ask me for my bank statements to do the work. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT USE THEM FOR BOOKKEEPING\!\!\!\!
