> **Avantages**: I did not use their accounting. My comments is specific to their Sage Payrill and Basic HR. I did not see any value in uisng that except wasting 1 months of precious time trying to resolve very basic issues with their technical support.

> **Inconvénients**: No value or advantage of using such a middle-ware for Payroll. Not helpful customer service. They just refer you to their partners without trying to resolve the issue

> Extremely negative experience, worst customer service I've ever encountered. I was frustrated by the company’s lack of comprehensive services, relying instead on third-party partners that disrupted seamless payroll management. Key features like Direct Deposit failed to function, and my application remained unresolved for over a month. I expressed disbelief that in an era of major technological advancements—such as planned human missions to Mars—basic payroll processes could still be so inefficient and poorly handled.

> **Avantages**: The four step payroll process which increases my accuracy, Auto Adjustment which is also useful when you make an error on the payslip, the ability it has to produce various accounting reports. I highly recommend it for small businesses.
