We like the flexibility to support both existing clusters or to create an embedded Kubernetes cluster if the customer does not already have one. KOTS helps abstract away the complexity of Kubernetes for customers not concerned with it but also gives more advanced customers the option for greater control if desired. This is also backed by excellent support from the Replicated team. > > **Inconvénients**: We have encountered several bugs and the occasional regression with the Replicated KOTS product so the quality of the software could be improved. The time and effort to install via KOTS is still higher than we would like, but the Replicated team is starting to make improvements in this area.
