Also, a must would be to have an internal project manager with a solid background in digital inventory management. The Auto-Star team were and have been wonderful to deal with, can't say enough good about them\!\!\! > > **Inconvénients**: I think that we thought it would be time saving in a different way. It definitely has helped with our inventory management, pricing/margin strategy processes. It has simplified our year end processes. Our day to day operations have also become much smoother. One piece that is missing is full integration with accounting software. That would truly be a time saver. We currently need to maintain two systems. > > This was our first foray into a POS system and it was a huge learning curve. Without having a project manager with a solid understanding in accounting principles, it was a bit tricky getting some of our processes integrated. Overall, the experience has been a great learning challenge\!\!
