Brainstorm provides step-by-step tutorials on all commonly used office software in bite-sized pieces. My staff can get the answer they need usually within 2-5 minutes of signing into the help site. Brainstorm is continually updating their tutorials, to keep up with changing software (especially the Office365 suite). > > **Inconvénients**: After using Brainstorm for over 2 1/2 years personally, and hearing about it from my staff there's nothing to dislike about this service. Nothing that we would change. > > Since rolling out Brainstorm we have seen a noticeable 20-30% drop in 1st level tickets - those common things like "how do a do a mail merge" "how do I set up Outlook rules" - issues that aren't hard for a an IT team but that add up and take time. My staff feel empowered too - some of them just want the answer as quick as they can get it - and this allows them to be up and running in only a few minutes. Brainstorm the company has been wonderful to deal with. Their implementation team asked all the right answers about our users and helped us set up a company-wide rollout plan. They followed up with some virtual trainings, using the product, to show how easy it was. We are an agency in Los Angeles and have had a ticket open with Brainstorm Force for 6 days now. They do not respond. When they do respond it is after long days of waiting, and then we are asked for information we have already given them. The support person does not seem to duplicate simple issues and asks irrelevant questions. Apparently, they are in India so there is a pause of at least 24 hours for every question and query, if they respond at all. I have found that many of the glowing reviews on influencers' and other sites are bogus; perhaps they create their own reviews as a marketing ploy. The implementation Team was a pleasure to work with. We went from signing the contract to rolling it out in less than 2 weeks.
