The price is unbeatable for what you get. > > **Inconvénients**: One of the things that is missing from RadaeePDF (and is missing from most PDF libraries I've seen) is the ability to add compressed images to a PDF (using a lossless format such as CCITT4). This means that building a new PDF results in larger files that load slower compared to PDFs built with compressed images. > > RadaeePDF has been great to work with, and the customer support is top notch. A variety of editing options are presented to the user, from text to drawing tools, so providing choice. > > **Inconvénients**: The toolbar that contains the editing tools is not the easiest user experience. Having to 'switch on' and 'switch off' tools to move to the next tool could be better implemented. Users should be able to click on one tool and then switch straight to another by clicking on the next one. The feedback from users concerning the 'free draw' tool is that it is "a bit light, almost translucent, so being able to make it darker would be desirable for those working outside in sunshine". Documentation may have improved since we implemented one year ago, but guidance was insufficient at that time, requiring we examined the code to figure out how to use it properly. Inexperienced coders could therefore struggle implementing this in their own Apps, as the lack of guidance creates a steep learning curve. > > Positive; both in using the software and also customer support.
