We've got several thousand Tier 1 suppliers and the engagement workflows handled segmentation, campaigns, data quality scoring without us building anything custom on top. Same platform also covers our corporate footprint so we no longer have two disconnected places to look. The platform makes the physical-based vs spend-based distinction explicit, which matters because we're migrating off monetary factors wherever we have actual activity data. > > **Inconvénients**: The benchmark tool is a bit limited right now. Year one was about getting the corporate footprint to a quality that would survive an audit; year two we scaled up supplier engagement properly. We have a Slack channel with our account team and questions come back in hours. Our procurement folks now embed climate criteria directly into supplier reviews, which would have been wishful thinking three years ago. It's the combination of the platform plus the people that makes this actually work.
