The software has a broad feature set covering logistics workflows, shipment tracking, and warehouse activities. For smaller companies with minimal operational complexity, it may provide a starting point for organizing freight operations. > > **Inconvénients**: As our company scaled, we experienced increasing operational and technical issues. The biggest problem was the lack of a true built-in accounting system and the unreliable synchronization with QuickBooks. Over the years we encountered constant sync failures, missing transactions, duplicate records, accounting discrepancies, and repeated system glitches that created major operational problems and required extensive manual corrections. From an IT and systems management perspective, the offboarding process was extremely concerning. After deciding to leave the platform, gaining access to our own historical operational database and records became unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. We were informed that continued paid licensing was required even for limited read-only access to archived data accumulated over more than 10 years of operations. Communication regarding database exports, archival access, and migration procedures was frustrating and unclear.
