> **Avantages**: I don't like anything about it. But the consensus in the industry is that no one really loves their PMS, and while we explore alternatives and seek feedback from other hotels, we have decided it's "better the devil you know" than to move to another PMS that is equally poor.

> **Inconvénients**: Customer support will ignore you completely.

> We don't have any accurate revenue reports in the PMS, and if not for our own external record keeping, we would have no idea how we are performing. We currently have 21 open support tickets, dating back to February. As a team we have to develop our own work-arounds to technical issues, because there is very little chance that support will have a solution. At best, they will send it to R\&D and you will never hear from them again.

> **Avantages**: I liked the reports, night audit, and the way it displayed arrivals and departures. The software is fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it.

> **Inconvénients**: The hardest thing to get right is when we have to adjust the rates for some reason. If we have to issue a refund or discount, it can get tricky. There is always a way to get it to work though, you just have to manually calculate it and enter it in.
> 
> I have had no problems with this software. The staff working the front desk seem to be able to use it with ease, and it organizes our day so we are fully aware of who is coming and going at the property.
