I really enjoyed having two tiers of licenses--read only and full function. With full-function, the user has total access to all features offered unlike many other softwares that regulate more advanced functions behind higher tiered packages. The user interface is simple to learn and use with plenty of customization options out of the box to fit your companies processes. Most of all, PDXpert's customer service is superb\! Whether through email or phone, I am always able to get in touch with my service advisor in a timely manner. They are more than willing to work with you on any problems you may have and create custom solutions for functions that do not exist "out of the box." > > **Inconvénients**: The biggest con for PDXpert PLM is that it does not readily integrate well with 3D CAD file/revision management. Although our company used the software in this fashion, it should be noted that PDXpert does not market itself as a CAD data management/repository software.
