> **Avantages**: Cvent Attendee Hub allowed our organization to take full control of our in-person, hybrid, and virtual events while offering our attendes an elevated and intuitive experience. From the mobile app to the desktop website for virtual events, we have transformed how we offer events to our advisors in a short amount of time.

> **Inconvénients**: There was a steep learning curve when using Attendee Hub, and because it is so customizable, the options for personal branding and editing were intimidating at first. That being said, the support resources available and even the AI bot Valerie have made navigating the platform much easier.

> We have been so impressed with Cvent Attendee Hub so far, and we're looking forward to enhancing our events into the new year.

> **Avantages**: It is an all-encompassing tool / platform that has the most indepth features. We have looked at numerous other platforms to always compare and ensure that we are getting the best value for money - and this user interface always seems to be the most robust\!

> **Inconvénients**: I think that there is too much emphasis on the "look" of things, rather than the functionality of things. Some features are available but not fully updated / meet the performance levels as they used to be before they were "updated", so it makes it hard to have a consistent structure and process. For Training, we have to re-teach it often, but not because the tool has developed but more so how to find the buttons has changed.

> Ive been using Cvent for over 10 years now, and it has definitely grown and enhanced alot over the years. I think its great that they have so many new integrations now which gives lots of options for different groups / users. I would like to see the Product Development requests prioritized though if its something that is a big pain point (budget functionality, or Reporting).

It is thorough and detailed allowing for compatibility and customizability to suit your needs.

> **Inconvénients**: There are a few things I would like to additionally have available in regards to reporting and the available fields to select from (given our custom fields, I can select 150 of up to 208 available options --- but there are still some nice-to-haves missing from that list.
> 
> It can do a lot in regards to either managing or reporting on events or the registrations of the users of those events.  
Undoubtedly there are even more features that I do not use as part of my role.
