> **Avantages**: When you have a problem, the staff is really responsive. Sometimes a big problem may take a day or two to resolve. If you have experience with Microsoft Access, you're already ahead of the curve on learning the system. Access provides most of the front end features, while Microsoft SQL Server provides the back end data engine. With just a bit of training most any staff member can be writing reports that will dazzle the intended recipients. If you're ever dissatisfied with any of the experience, you can always speak to the founder and president of the company, or to his son. Both are great and will make extra efforts to keep you happy.  The staff really is like a family.

> **Avantages**: The flexible API is probably the best feature. Association are constantly adding new tools that need to connect and speak with one another. NOAH keeps our options open.

> **Inconvénients**: NOAH isn't as well known as other AMS so other vendors are sometimes hesitant to partner with us because they like name brands like SalesForce.

> Very positive experience using NOAH. We have no plans to change from this product.
