It can be customized for each client. The display is nice to look at. It is organized in a way for easy flow of process. It comes in English and Spanish. Lots of little features to make your life easier. Keylist Setup, (genius\!) eliminates the possibility for a mistake. Data Entry, so lovely super easy to navigate and use. All columns are filterable and sortable. Adding badges is so simple a user guide is not needed for first time users. you can just kind of navigate yourself around and would be able to figure it out. > > **Inconvénients**: The reports page. I wish there was a way to export the reports into excel. currently it is one view and PDF only. also there are too many reports, not sure when to use which report when. Maybe a small explanation of what the report shows would be nice. If not the user would just need to run a trial and error on every single report possible to see what each report gives them and then hopefully remember for when you actually need to use it. > > The customer service was out of this world amazing\! Rep. went out of their way to make my life easier. I always gave them honest feedback about what i might need changes on, what would be nice if they could add, and troubleshoot problems. They were always available via email or phone right away and they were always able to accommodate if i needed something added. Customizing the program was the best part about working with them. We also eliminated buddy punching with their finger print time clock. Also, their backup system is a life saver. Online problem solving by remote and by phone. > > **Inconvénients**: We are large company and during harvesting our data runs slower because of piece work. But, we are talking six figures pieces for calculation of wages. > > Excellent, one company that I can trust and that is why we have been with them so long. This software does not offer a loan history to see who made changes and updates to the file.
