I was promised that it would function properly and everything was tested and it was ready to go. IT IS NOT, not even close\! I was helping them for months to resolve the simplest of issues, issues that should have been resolved before they rolled it out. I would have recommended them in the past but now I would have to say - RUN\! The old regime was caring and respectful (most of them anyway), the new is rude, non communicative and I am certain it will destroy the great group that was Rental Network Software . \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is their \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]and will roll over you, leaving you wondering what happened. I wish I was not writing this complaint, but Rental Network Software took my capital from the old system, charged me 5 times as much for the new system and then pissed off my owner's and guests because the system does not work. My owner's did not get statements for months\! I was told to go into the system and pull the statements and send them out one by one\! WHAT\! Rental Network Software should have done that for me, or at least not charged me for the starting months until the bugs were worked out ( I assure you they are still not, this is one of hundreds of issues). We interviewed six different software companies and selected RNS because of the flexibility their software has for our property management needs. I can easily log into RNS and see what is going on at any property we manage - in detail from who is there, what the rent is for the stay, who is cleaning it and if there are any special requests, vendors or calls. I use notes to leave remarks for staff regarding specific info on guests, owners and properties depending where it is most relevant. > > **Inconvénients**: Software does not replace people. There is nothing that I do not like about RNS. I can personally reach out to the company \[sensitive content hidden\] or software specialist who trained our staff with questions and problems. The communication is great, they are a small business that cares and that makes a difference. I do wish the convenience fee were built in - they are working on it as I type. > > We started using RNS as the property management software with no experience. I knew what we needed our software to do and interviewed six companies thoroughly before selecting RNS. RNS software has done what we can't - automatically add the tax rates, put LMR in reserve line, etc. The accounting is phenomenal. Since we started using the software, we are not getting any, or just an occasional 1 call about owner statements. I feel that we are married to RNS now and to change would damage our company.
