Its supposed to include, set up, integration, 3 one on one training sessions, and full implementation. I am pretty self efficient, I didn't need much training. Just a few questions here and there. I set up the whole system in my trial run by myself, she offered a few suggestions throughout the training.. but not much that I didn't know already. They didn't integrate any of my old data, and I had to remind them to set up the careers page. The lady was very helpful, I will admit that, and she was very responsive.. but for the price? no.
