The facial recognition actually picked up on some people at the far end of the crowd and that was shocking. I can also make different sections or folders (parent and child) for my content. The customer support is good.

> **Inconvénients**: Downloading large files is very slow because there are many extra clicks needed before you can start the actual downloading process. Why doesn’t there need to be an “Upload recently” option to upload new assets into Portals?
> 
> Because of Canto, my computer will no longer run extremely slow due to having large files stored locally on my desktop. I no longer need to beg other departments to send me their logos.

> Overall Canto is a nice alternative to an internal digital asset management system. For me it only really worked well for photos and graphics and not other types of media like video.
