> **Avantages**: Honestly, before Canto I was spending a lot of time trying to locate the most recent versions of things like logos etc. With Canto I simply search for what I need, click on the document and I am good to go.

> **Inconvénients**: There are times when I will upload larger files to Canto and it seems like it will take an eternity. I will begin uploading a file and then I will get frustrated and leave for a while and come back later to find it still uploading. Also, I occasionally find the search function of Canto to be hit or miss?

> Before Canto, our team had brand assets scattered all over the place (Drive, random folders, etc.) and none of us really knew what the current version of anything was. Since Canto, everything is now located in one central location, so I know that when I need a template or an image, I am accessing the most current approved version. This helps keep our brand consistent across the team as well as prevents the usage of outdated materials.

> **Inconvénients**: Sometimes it can be hard to find exactly what you're looking for. It's nice having the visual representation but it's not the most detail orientated system.

> Overall Canto is a nice alternative to an internal digital asset management system. For me it only really worked well for photos and graphics and not other types of media like video.
