When questions do arise, the i4a staff is easy to reach and genuinely collaborative in helping us problem-solve and brainstorm solutions.

> We used to have a web designer handle all of our website issues, which cost a lot and was not always timely. Also, our annual membership dues and conference registration was all done by hand or had awkward payment interface. i4a is substantially better.
