Our website has the professional look and functionality that we require and Earthskater has a great rating with the BBB, which gave us the initial confidence that we needed to transition to their product. We are an international company and Earthskater has helped us by adding the Google translate bar that we needed to ensure that our customers could understand our offerings and that we could reach new markets with different languages. Also, we have the great need for more than the standard issuance of email addresses and they worked with us through the difficult process of retaining our old system for our business email accounts. It was time-consuming and we appreciate that it was all worked out. Earthskater users can make coupons, add videos and email customers directly from the portal, which is excellent. However, Earth E-Commerce provides options to make many changes but doesn't allow the user to change the overall color scheme and format of their site. This is a bit debilitating creatively. There are other issues such as speed. We were super fast in the beginning but as our product list grew we got a bit slower. Google analytics advised us on how to speed things up because our website is slower than they recommend. We've adjusted our pictures and everything to increase speed but the rest of these changes have to be made by someone at Earthskater, not by us the user. It would be better if we could have a little more control, with the proper direction, so that we could improve without having to contact support. Personally, if I have to ask for something more than twice, I usually go somewhere else. Having good customer support is everything. ----- ### "Our experience was fine.
