It has a really nice design that’s user friendly and the customer support is helpful. Very logical programming and super flexible in the different manners items can be viewed. When scanning documents, the ability to manipulate the document by rotation, orientation, etc. is fantastic. > > **Inconvénients**: Audit Report - when I need to find out who scanned something, it's a real bugger to try and figure with the search parameters in this part of the program. It's the only reason we are able to have a super-efficient centralized processing center. We love this program and have never regretted the purchase or implementation of it. I've worked with many customer service staff and these guys are the best. Doc imaging would be my favorite part of Suntell. We are completely imaged and have rave reviews from our external auditors, loan review and OCC examiners on the ease of use of the imaging system........WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO A PAPER FILE\! Other pro's are the letter/envelop feature, doc tracking feature and loan input/loan presentation feature. The "CON" that tops my list is enhancements. Submitted enhancements are slow to get accepted and changed (if they ever get changed). Suntell operates on a small staff so sometimes getting things updated, enhanced or changed is a timely process. Another con is the Credit Analysis feature. It does not suit our credit analysts so we do many calculations outside of Suntell and copy/paste it into the analysis/presentation piece. In closing, it will take an extrodinary software system to convince me to switch from Suntell\! ----- ### "Our organization has been using Square 1 Credit Suite for the past five and a half years." — 4.0/5 > **Joni** | *14 mai 2015* > > We primarily utilize the Loan Management System for Credit Analysis, Loan Presentation, and Documentation Tracking. We also use Suntell Document Imaging. The initial and ongoing training is excellent, as is the ongoing customer support. The financial statement spreading component is not as robust as other systems I have used, but serves our portfolio needs. In the past, when we, as the user, have reported a limitation with the LMS, Suntell has addressed that issue within a future software upgrade. ----- ### "We have been on this software for more than 10 years now. It is very nice for generating letters requesting items needed from customers as you can do them in a big batch. The system also keeps a copy of the letter on file. Love the templates for letters also. Customer service and the ticket portal are always helpful when we have questions.
