Recent changes have made the system harder to use, not easier (e.g., issues with client profile updates, names, and emails). > > We’ve been with MINDBODY for almost 20 years, and unfortunately the service has gone downhill. Our fees are now over $1,000 CAD/month—nearly double the competition. To make it worse, customer service is nearly impossible to reach. When you finally get through, instead of speaking to a real human you get AI responses or links to “how to fix it yourself” articles. The latest price increase on top of poor updates and slow support is brutal. Simple things—like fixing client emails or last names—turn into nightmares. When I did reach out, I was given a generic AI message and the chat was closed. No follow-up, no accountability, no human connection. For a company we trusted for years, this is disappointing.
