It can be a simple as you want or as complex and detailed as your needs require. Great support when needed, chats and call backs have always been quick. Love the dashboard for planning upcoming events. Great tool when my Auditor is here\!

> **Inconvénients**: I am challenged annually about the pricing of the software from I.T and Management, due to lesser cost of other software out there.

> Keeping track of all of our devices and tracking their histories with a couple of clicks has shredded time and effort prepping for Audits. Stress savings as well\! Allows me to be more productive.
