> **Avantages**: Best with managing all my asset in the office and converting my document and files from physical state to digital state. I do not have to store all the outdated document at my office anymore.

> **Inconvénients**: The dashboard interface of this software is too old and outdated. It looks like a free and cheap software, but the cost to subscribing to the premium account is expensive.

> I really can clear all the old physical document from my office storage as this software help me with converting it to a digital form of the document. The asset tagger also let me to know exact location of the assets.

> **Avantages**: Paper Tiger has been able to give us an excellent method of organizing our mountains of paperwork. My favorite part is that it can be accessed online so any staff member can locate files on any device.

> **Inconvénients**: Its search function can be lacking at times, I  occasionally search for a file's exact title and the file will not show up but once I type in a keyword the files will then show up. I can't tell whether this is the software's fault or user error.

> **Inconvénients**: Some of the search functions are not great, if we do not label the keywords on files perfectly then they do not show up in search. This has caused some confusion in our office.
