The scheduling, appointment reminders, and method of organizing all this works really well. And the good thing is CT actually listens to their customers\! There is a portal for feature requests and many of these I've submitted have been considered and applied. So there is no value for the money you pay because they are costing you more money. There is no one person for phone support and when you leave a message, they never return your call.
