> **Avantages**: Everything you can think of that is necessary for legal case management, is contained within Neos. Moreoever, Neos is committed to keeping the platform updated, so they are constantly adding and upgrading.

> **Inconvénients**: Neos can seem pricey to begin with, but well worth the investment. It will likely pay for itself in your ability to take on and manage more cases.

> Neos is a case manager's best friend. The initial change from a server based program to a cloud based program was challenging. Learning new things is good, but can also be frustrating. Once I learned how to use Neos and how it integrated with our other apps, I would never go back to any other option.

> **Avantages**: We are "Nuts for NEOS" in our office.  It is the heart of our practice. NEOS enables us to have our files at our fingertips, calendaring is easy and the ability to interact with other programs makes life very easy.  If you are working in a law firm, NEOS is a must\!  Customer Support is always available and very helpful, even the NEOS University is great\!  Don't have to worry about the security of our files - 2 factor authentication to log in is a plus.  I am not in charge of the cost for our case management systems, but NEOS is work every penny\!  You definitely get the value for the money spent for the amount of time saved to have your files at your fingertips as well as documents and the calendar interaction with Outlook\!

> **Inconvénients**: Needs some improvements when it switched over from Needles.  Some actions were easier in Needles that are no longer available.  I.e. when tagging an email, there is no ability to go directly to the file...
