> **Avantages**: When taking over a resort that had no PMS,  I looked at quite a few different options. RoomKey fit us perfectly and I really liked the 'user-pay' model which helps a smaller operation with their cash flows. It is relatively easy to set up, quite intuitive and easy to learn by my new employees. Like most systems, it has far more options than we would ever use, but they are there if you need them.
